Please read through the policies before you attempt to book any service.
-Any cancellation that takes place less than12 hours prior to the agreed service time will incur a cancellation fee.
-This cancellation fee is fixed at $20 for any package under $100 and $30 for any package over $100. This fee excludes processing fees ( if any)
-This fee is advanced through PayPal or in cash and will be deducted from your first session.
– Cancellation fees are only applied to new clients and for the first session only. Each client is entitled to only 1 time of rescheduling.
– Repeat clients with a history of no cancellation don’t have to go through this step. However, if you, as a repeat client, cancel an appointment less than 12 hours prior to the service time, you will then have to pay the cancellation fee in advance, the next time you request a service from me.
– In the event that you have already advanced the cancellation fee but you wish to cancel and you notify me in due time, that is at least 12 hours before the agreed session time, your cancellation fee will be refunded to you excluding the processing fee (if any). The cancellation fee won’t be refunded after I have sent out any files.
– In case of you being involved in a severe accident or death of an immediate family member, the cancellation fee will be reimbursed in full with no questions asked unless you wish to reschedule the session for another time.
– For my part, if I am forced to cancel our appointment, I will inform you 12 hours beforehand except in the case of emergencies as set out above, or due to the sudden onset of my period.
– If such a cancelation occurs, I will refund your money on the same day unless requested otherwise.
– Notice of cancellation can be made in writing by SMS or email and you need to receive a confirmation from me for it to be valid.
